EatOkra is a food tech company. They are the largest app for finding Black owned restaurants in the U.S. I’m working with them on a go-to-market strategy for the launch of a new project.
Challenge
The CEO and product team want to launch a new revenue stream and attract investors for their food tech company.
Process
- Reviewed research & customer interviews and consolidated findings with my recommendations of next steps.
- Met with key team members such as the Sales Lead to understand their challenges and how I could help them win more deals.
- Analyzed/audited current website & app. Made recommendations on copy updates that would increase website traffic.
- Partnered with the CEO & Lead Product Designer to streamline the restaurant sign up process/flow for the mobile app.
- Created sales enablement materials for the sales and customer success team.
Next steps
I’m currently working on the go to market (GTM) launch strategy for this project.
